Tim is the Designated Broker of Arnold CA Real Estate. Tim was raised in the Arnold area and has been in the real estate business since 1979, and received his Brokers license in 1981. Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000. Tim is a two-time recipient of the Calaveras County “Realtor of the year award”, and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors “Hall of Fame.” Tim has also served as a court-appointed receiver. Tim has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community. During his time as a real estate agent, Tim has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors since 1993. He received “Distinguished Chairman of the year” award in 2007 from the California Association of Realtors for his involvement in the Housing Affordability Fund. He also was honored and given an award in 2007 for his service to the Calaveras County Housing Affordability Fund.
Tim is currently serving as a member of the Calaveras County County of Governments since 2015 and serves on the Calaveras County tax assessment board since 2016.

Lisa has lived in the Ebbetts Area since 1983 and Selling Real Estate since 19921. Lisa received her Brokers license in 2000. Lisa served as President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005. Lisa was awarded the “Realtor of the Year” in 2005 and inducted into the “Hall of Fame in 2007. Lisa served was appointed Calaveras County Planning Commission for four years. Lisa served the last two years as the Chair of the Planning Commission for District 3 in Calaveras County 2015-2018.

Arnold CA is a winter wonderland. There are four seasons in Arnold. Ebbetts Pass Highway is a spectacular sight to see in the fall.
Ebbetts Pass Highway is closed to through traffic over the pass and closes at the Bear Valley Ski Resort. It does allow for through traffic during the summer months.
