Tim was raised in the Arnold area and has been in the real estate business since 1979. Tim received his Brokers license in 1981. Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000. Tim is a two-time recipient of the Calaveras County “Realtor of the year award”, and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors “Hall of Fame.” Tim has also served as a court-appointed receiver. Tim has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community. During his time as a real estate Broker, Tim has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors since 1993. He received “Distinguished Chairman of the year” award in 2007 from the California Association of Realtors for his involvement in the Housing Affordability Fund. He also was honored and given an award in 2007 for his service to the Calaveras County Housing Affordability Fund. Tim is served as the Government Affairs Director for the Calaveras County Association of Realtors. Tim is currently serving as a member of the Calaveras County Council of Governments since 2015 and serves on the Calaveras County tax assessment board since 2016. Tim is served as the Government Affairs Director for the Calaveras County Association of Realtors.

Lisa has lived in the Ebbetts Area since 1983 and Selling Real Estate since 1991. Lisa received her Brokers license in 2000. Tim and Lisa raised three children and have 5 Grandchildren in the Arnold area. Lisa served as President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005. Lisa was awarded the “Realtor of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the “Hall of Fame in 2007. Lisa served 2015 – 2018 as the Planning Commissioner for District 3 in Calaveras County and was Chair of the Planning commission the last two years.

Working with Tim and Lisa to purchase our mountain vacation home in Arnold was an all-around GREAT experience. They were very responsive, accommodating, and attentive to pretty much anything/everything we asked for. Their knowledge of the Arnold area, all the pluses/minuses of mountain living, the available resources they could call on or refer us to (eg: contractors, etc), and the RE transaction process (closed in 30 days with financing) was very impressive. Tim and Lisa went out of their way to make our home search and eventual purchase as easy as possible, especially given the challenges of a super hot RE market and the logistical challenge of living 3 hours away. Tim and Lisa made themselves available to check out pretty much any property/listing we inquired about, and even did a video call “walk through” so we could virtually check out the property instead of driving 3 hours every time we wanted to take a serious look at a house. They spent close to 6 months with us and we/they checked out at least 25 houses before successfully purchasing our mountain get away. If you want to find the right property that fits you, Lisa and Tim are the right people for the job. While it is helpful to research a bit online, nothing compares to their knowledge and passion for Arnold and Calaveras County. I thought that I had a good idea of where my family wanted to find a house but Lisa was able to pin down what we were really looking for and found the perfect fit for us. We were fortunate to find our place in one trip and even luckier to close very quickly, but there was never any pressure to pick a place that didn’t fit well. Living in the Bay Area, it wasn’t feasible to make it back during the closing process, but there were several occasions where Lisa went out of her way to make a huge difference in making this such a great experience…especially when she went to the property on the day that we picked up the keys to turning the heater on (it snowed that day). If you’re looking for a great team for your realty needs, look no further!

Just can’t say enough about Lisa and her team. She has gone above and beyond we were closing on our cabin the week that covid shut my salon down in SF. A crazy storm came through and many trees fell on the house. Needless to say it’s been one heck of year. The house ended up going into family court. She works endlessly with some very difficult sellers to get us our home. Won’t go into all the details. But she fought hard for us to get us in as renters while the courts sorted out the mess with each other. She contused to show us houses we wanted to look at even though she knew it was not the best fit for us, she is gem and will take the best care of you. One year lager 2020 we are in our cozy cabin.
