RENT DUE & METHOD OF PAYMENT When you receive your confirmation it will indicate the amount of the rent. Rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS We require a credit card on file for deposit security. If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to you arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the cancellation period, and we are able to re-rent the cabin you will receive 75% of your $200.00 booking fee back. If you cancel after the cancellation period, and we are unable to re-rent the cabin you will forfeit the rents paid. Certain Holiday Weekends require a 3 Night Minimum. Certain Holidays will have a 10% additional rental charge. DEPOSIT REFUND After management inspection and we see that the cabin was left in the condition we rented it to you in. Your deposit refund will be mailed to you in approximately 3 weeks of your departure date. POLICIES FOR ALL CABINS Rates, Cleaning Fees, and Deposit amounts are subject to change without notice. |
CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is 2:00pm, if you wish to check in early you will be charged for an extra night and you must notify us in advance. We are open until 5:00 pm, if you will be arriving after 5:00pm you must notify us in advance and arrangements will be made for a place for you to pick up your package.
You are required to bring; bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, and paper products. REGULATIONS FOR RENTERS BBQ's are not available during the winter months. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to substitute with a different cabin in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as; frozen pipes, malfunctions and/or breakdowns of the components in the cabin, and/or conflicts in availability. Private golf course and club access is available with certain cabins. If the homeowner has a membership to a private golf course, your rental stay gets you on their greens! Ask us before assuming the cabin’s Owner is a member please! |
CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out time is 11:00am with no exceptions. If you wish to ski, etc., on your last day you should check out before you go. The people who are hired to open & close the cabins have a schedule for arrivals and departures. After 11:00am they close and lock down the cabins including the dead bolts which are keyed differently than your keys. Please return keys to the office, do not leave keys in the cabin. PETS A majority of cabins do not allow pets...however from time to time, there will be a cabin in our program, which will allow pets. If you have an allergy to pets, please inquire if the owner has pets of their own that they do bring to their own cabin. Many Owners do not allow other pets in their cabins but do have pets of their own. If you plan on bringing your pet, you must notify us at the time of the reservation. The cabins that allow pets will require additional deposit and may have additional rules for pet image occupancy. If you take a pet into a cabin that does not allow pets, you will forfeit your rents and be barred from our program in the future. We are not responsible for: •Power outages
Our Blue Lake Springs cabins (Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Facilities) offer access toBlue Lake Springs & Snowflake LodgeA fee is required and paid directly to the Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association based on the number of days and persons. Before entering Snowflake Lodge, check with us for current fees and “the letter of introduction/confirmation,” needed for entering the lodge. |
