Tim was raised in the Arnold area and has been in the real estate business since 1979, and received his Brokers license in 1981. Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000. Tim is a two time recipient of the Calaveras County Realtor of the year award, and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors "Hall of Fame". Tim has also served as a court appointed receiver. Tim, has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community. Tim has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors since 1993. He received Chairman of the year award in 2007 from the California Association of Realtors for his involvement in the Housing Affordability Fund. He also was honored and given an award in 2007 for his service to the Calaveras County Housing Affordability Fund. Tim's Bio
Lisa Muetterties has been selling Real Estate in the Ebbetts Area since 1992. Lisa received her Brokers license in 2000. Lisa, served as President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005. Lisa was awarded the "Realtor of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the "Hall of Fame in 2007. Lisa Has three grown children and is looking forward to her first grandchild on the way.
